5 ways in taking good care of your skin .

1. Protect yourself from hot sun .
2. Avoid smoking - smoking makes the skin looks older and contributes to wrinkles. It narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layer of skin which reduces blood flow .It also depletes the skin from oxygen and nutrients that are important to the skin health .It also damage collagen and elastin the fibre that gives your skin strength and elasticity.

3.Treat your skin gently
    -limit bath time: use warm water     because hot water and long showers remove oil from your skin.
   -Avoid strong soaps : To protect and lubricate your skin ,apply shaving cream ,lotion or gel shave in the direction the hair grows,not against it.
   -Pat dry :After washing or bathing ,gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on your skin.
   -Moisturize dry skin :If your skin is dry,use a moisturizer that fits your skin type for daily use.  
4. Eat balanced diet
5. Manage stress.
